Olá! É possível que tenha chegado partido devido a algum impacto durante o transporte ou a algum erro durante a preparação. Já apresentámos uma reclamação à agência para que esta assuma a sua responsabilidade e enviámos-lhe novamente o perfume em perfeitas condições. Pedimos desculpa pelo transtorno.
