Shipping policy
We ship to all of mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and the European Union. For shipments to any other location, please inquire via WhatsApp, Telegram, or email. Delivery times always refer to business days.
Shipping costs are calculated on the payment screen.
Here is the summarized information for other orders:

Shipping costs to the Peninsula (3 - 5 business days) free.
Express Shipping 24-72 business hours, €4.95.
Delivery tomorrow before 2:00 PM (only on weekdays and if you order before 4:00 PM), €7.95

Shipping costs to Portugal (3 - 5 business days) free.
Express Shipping 24-72 business hours, €4.95.
Delivery tomorrow before 2:00 PM (only on weekdays and if you order before 4:00 PM), €7.95
- Shipping costs to the Balearic Islands (3 - 7 business days) are €3, free from €60.
- Shipping costs to the European Union (10 - 14 business days), €7. (Exceptions €12)
- Shipping costs to the Canary Islands (7 - 14 business days): €6.95.
The shipping times are as follows, always business days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, excluding holidays):
- Peninsula: 1 - 3 days.
- Rest: depends on the area.
In the event of a strike affecting transport, or if it is pre-advised by us, or for any meteorological reason, or due to a failure of basic services for whatever reason, if orders are delayed beyond the established time, we will not be held responsible for such delays.
Any possible costs arising from tariffs or customs procedures are not included in the shipping price in any way. These, if they exist, must be paid by the buyer.
