RETURNS AND REFUNDS
1. Contact

2. Return Period
Our return policy lasts for 60 days from the date of purchase.
After this period, we cannot offer you a refund, exchange, or return.
3. Conditions for Accepting a Return
For a return to be accepted, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

Original condition
- The item must not show any signs of tampering, alteration, or damage.
- The container and the liquid must not show signs of forced opening or tampering attempts.

Less than 5% used
- No more than 5% of its total capacity can have been used.

Original packaging
- The packaging in which it was received must be preserved, without significant tears or damage.

Proof of purchase
- A receipt or proof of payment is required to process any return or refund.
4. Non-Returnable Products
- Gift cards
- Customized products, such as sample packs, 6x15 mL packs, or custom configurations. 30 mL and 100 mL bottles will always be returnable, with exceptions subject exclusively to the criteria of this company.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges

In case of a defect or our error
- If the product has a manufacturing defect or a wrong item was sent due to an error by OK Perfumes, we will cover all costs of collection and shipping for the replacement or refund.

If the customer requests an exchange for personal preferences (taste, scent, etc.)
- The cost of an exchange in the Peninsula is €7.
- If the customer prefers to send the product themselves and only have us reship the new product, the cost is €4.00 in the Peninsula.
- For outside the Peninsula, please consult the rates.

If the customer requests a return for personal preferences (not a defect or our error)
- If we handle the collection of the product, the cost of the return is €4.00 in the Peninsula. This option may not be available or may be subject to the full discretion of the company, so the customer may have to send the products by their own means.
- It will be free if the customer arranges the return shipping themselves.
- For outside the Peninsula, please consult the prices.
6. Refunds
6.1 Approval Process

Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will notify you through the provided contact methods whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If it is approved, the refund will be processed to the same payment method used for the purchase.
6.2 Refund Timelines
- The refund is usually credited within 7 to 10 business days from when the product is collected by the courier or received at our facilities.
- Occasionally, it may extend up to 30 days for reasons beyond OK Perfumes' control (bank processing times, card processing, etc.).
6.3 Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received the refund within the estimated timeframe:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit/debit card issuer to confirm if there is any delay.
- Contact your bank; sometimes it takes time for the credit to be posted.
- If after all these steps it does not appear, contact us at info@okperfumes.com.
7. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Returns made more than 60 days after purchase (will only be considered if an exception has been previously authorized, although they are not normally accepted).
- Customized products (such as sample packs) for which a partial return is authorized under special circumstances.
8. Discounted or Sale Items
- If the product was purchased with a discount or promotional offer, the refund will be made for the final amount paid by the customer, regardless of the product's price at the time of the refund.
9. Exchanges

Exchange at no cost
- Only offered in the case of defective products or if the item arrived in poor condition due to our error.

Exchange with cost
- If the exchange is due to personal preference (taste, scent, etc.), the costs mentioned in the "Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges" section will apply.
10. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, the refund will be issued as a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be mailed, or an electronic coupon will be enabled, as appropriate.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased (or if the order was shipped to the buyer to be given later), the refund will be made to the original buyer, and they will be notified of the return.
11. Shipping and Reshipment

Collection: We can arrange to collect the product from the address you provide, as long as you have previously agreed to the return costs (if any).

Non-refundable shipping costs: In the case of a return due to customer preference, the original and/or return shipping costs will not be refundable (unless it is a case of a defect or our error).

Delivery times: Depending on where you live, the transit time to receive the replacement product may vary.
12. Uncollected, Refused, or Canceled Orders

Non-collection or absence at delivery
- If an order is returned to OK Perfumes because the customer did not collect it, was absent for all delivery attempts, or let too much time pass without arranging a new attempt, an additional €5 will need to be paid to reship it.
- If an order is returned to OK Perfumes because the customer did not collect it, was absent for all delivery attempts, or let too much time pass without arranging a new attempt, and does NOT wish to receive the order, €7 will be deducted from the refund to cover shipping and return costs.

Refusal or cancellation after shipment
- If the customer decides to cancel the order after it has already been shipped or refuses it upon delivery, €7 will be deducted from the refund to cover shipping and return costs. If the destination is Portugal, the total amount to be deducted will be €9.

Disclaimer of liability
- OK Perfumes is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company, provided that the order was shipped within the contracted timeframe.
13. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
(Standard form established in Spanish Law 3/2014 of March 27, which modifies the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Effects of withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We will collect the goods. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. For the refund to be effective, the product must not have been consumed by more than 5% of its total capacity, given the nature of the goods (perfumes).
