We’re confident that all our perfumes last for at least 5 or 6 hours and can last up to twice that long. We’ll be in touch so you can exchange it for another perfume or return it.

Pedí una colonia y un pack de muestras (pagado). Las muestras que dejé a su elección me mandaron la colonia que pedí, por lo tanto una muestra menos. Y las que seleccioné yo vinieron equivocadas, me ofrecen muestras gratis en mi próximo pedido. Pero si no puedo probar las fragancias que pedí para probar ¿como puedo elegir bien en mi próximo pedido? Además, por la compra de 15 euros en la web regalan muestras a todo el mundo, por lo que creo que no me están solucionando nada....

Revisamos el caso y te ofrecimos enviarte las muestras con las referencias que habías elegido y quedamos a la espera de recibir tu respuesta con las demás, que no hemos obtenido todavía. Es posible que haya algún fallo en la preparación de pedidos o el envío sufra alguna incidencia, pero siempre trabajamos para solucionarlos. Nadie se queda sin su pedido.
