Decepcionado con PLR

He comprado anteriormente otros productos de OK Perfume, como VSC, UTM y NEX, y siempre he quedado satisfecho con ellos. Sin embargo, mi experiencia con PLR ha sido muy decepcionante.

Desde la primera aplicación, la fragancia apenas tiene proyección y su duración es muy limitada, ya que prácticamente desaparece al cabo de una hora. Esto contrasta notablemente con los otros perfumes que compré, que sí presentan una intensidad mucho mayores.

Desconozco si se trata de una característica propia de PLR o de un posible problema en su fabricación, pero la sensación que me ha dejado ha sido de gran decepción.

Contacté con OK Perfume para solicitar un cambio o una devolución, la respuesta fue que el proceso tendría un coste de 7 €, además de indicarme que el producto no podía haber sido utilizado en más de un 5 %. Entiendo que esta condición existe para evitar abusos por parte de quienes utilizan un producto y luego lo devuelven. En mi caso lo utilicé algo más de lo permitido porque quise darle una oportunidad y comprobar si, con el paso de los días, el perfume mejoraba su rendimiento desarrollando una mayor intensidad aromática y reduciendo la marcada sensación alcohólica inicialmente.

Lamentablemente, el resultado siguió siendo el mismo y mi valoración del producto continúa siendo negativa.

Hola Antonio, sentimos mucho que no te haya gustado el perfume PLR. Nosotros no cobramos nada por cambios y devoluciones, pero el cliente asume los gastos de envío, ya que nosotros asumimos esos costes en los envíos y no podemos hacerlo en este caso, aunque nos gustaría. Nos alegra saber que, eso sí, te hemos atendido y asesorado para resolver el problema. Gracias por tu opinión.

Esta huele rico y también muy muy parecida a la original, aunque se queda atrás en cuanto a singularidad del aroma y rendimiento, si comparamos con otras fragancias, al menos en mi caso
