LEGAL RULES OF THE "iPhone 16 Pro Max" GIVEAWAY ON INSTAGRAM

1. ORGANIZING COMPANY
This giveaway is organized by OK Perfumes (hereinafter, "the Company"), with the Instagram account @okperfumes_, which will carry out the promotion in accordance with the following legal terms.

2. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
Anyone over the age of 18 who meets the entry requirements established in the Instagram giveaway post is eligible to participate in the sweepstakes. Participation in the sweepstakes is free and does not imply a purchase.

3. DRAW MECHANICS
Participants must follow the steps outlined in the official giveaway post on the @okperfumes_ Instagram account. Failure to comply with any of the established requirements will invalidate participation.

4. DRAW DEADLINES
The drawing will begin on the date indicated in the official publication and will end on the date indicated. The Company reserves the right to change these dates without prior notice.

5. PRIZE
The prize will consist of an iPhone 16 Pro Max . The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for another product.

If the winner does not respond or does not meet the requirements within 48 hours , the Company reserves the right to select a new winner or declare the sweepstakes void.

7. DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE

  • The Company will only cover shipping costs to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands .
  • If the winner is located in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or any other country in Europe or another location , they must assume the costs of shipping, tariffs, customs management or any other expense derived from the shipment of the prize .
  • If the winner does not wish to assume these costs, he or she may forfeit the prize , and the Company may designate a new winner or declare the draw void.

8. COMPANY RIGHTS
The Company reserves the right to:

  • To declare the draw void if deemed appropriate, without the need for justification.
  • Modify, cancel or suspend the draw at any time and without prior notice.
